The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch debuted a striking new hair transformation that saw her moving away from the dark brunette locks she has modeled for years and into a lighter, blonder style, per People. In a joint post with celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton shared to Instagram on Wednesday (October 8), the 69-year-old Kardashians star gave followers a look at her stunning before and after.
In a video set to Sabrina Carpenter‘s song "When Did You Get Hot?", Jenner went makeup free with a white towel wrapped around her hair as she mouthed the lyric, "Wait I Need a minute," as Appleton mixed dye in a bowl before they cut to the finished product, revealing the short platinum bob and glam makeup for Jenner’s new "blondie" persona.
Fans flooded the comments with support, expressing how much they love the new style. "Uhh she looks incredible," said celebrity makeup artist Ash K. Holm, while another commenter said, "I want to look like [Kris] when I grow up." Others noted that the platinum style makes her look even more "modern and youthful."
Jenner’s bold new look comes days after her daughter Kim Kardashian showed off her own "Paris Pixie" hair transformation that ironically enough channeled the famed momager‘s older style.
