Kris Jenner has made a bold change to her appearance, leaving behind her hallmark look.
The Kar-Jenner matriarch shared a post revealing her new look, which features a new hairstyle and hair color. The hair transformation comes just a few days after Kim Kardashian also changed her hairstyle to Kris’s signature pixie cut, with fans commenting about the similarities in their appearance.
Although Kris Jenner has reportedly undergone some cosmetic procedures aimed at enhancing her features, with her daughter, Kim Kardashian, as her muse, it seems her hair is where she draws the line, hence the new look.
The media personality stepped out of her comfort zone, letting go of her signature, iconic pixie cut, which she had worn for decades. Kris is letting go of that look and trying on something new, just within the timeline, as her daughter, Kim, adopted her new hairstyle while at Paris Fashion Week.
Hairstylist Chris Appleton posted the first reveal, in which Kris first appeared without makeup and a towel wrapped around her head while lip-syncing to Sabrina Carpenter’s “When Did You Get Hot?” Then, placing her hand on the lens, she transitioned to a full glam with a bleached blonde bob hairstyle.
Kris then posted a photo to her Instagram account, which was taken during her first public appearance with the hairdo at the Shark beauty event, and another where she posed with Appleton by her side, tagging him in the caption as well.

Kris made her Instagram post hours after her stylist, giving her over 50 million followers a new feed to feast their eyes on. She began the caption writing “we had a fun little blonde moment,” and added words of appreciation to everyone who attended the launch of Shark Glam.
The comment section was flooded with over 4000 comments, mostly from fans writing how they loved the look. Many dropped comments with numerous heart emojis, fire emojis, and smiley face emojis. Appleton also commented, writing that he loved seeing Kris have fun reinventing herself.
A user commented, “I genuinely thought you were Kim,” noting the resemblance, and another wrote, “Kris is turning into Kim & Kim is turning into Kris,” speaking to their recent trade-off in looks.
Generally, the feedback from fans has been overwhelmingly positive, with compliments such as “gorgeous,” “beautiful,” and “fabulous” frequently appearing in the comments.
A few did mention that money was the main driving force behind the slow-aging looks and skincare. Kris’s children have yet to comment on their mother’s Instagram post.

Kim also posted selfies to Instagram showing her new chopped hair, to which the public cheered her on, claiming she is a spitting image of her mother. The model was branded as a younger version of her mother by fans, with some claiming it was the best look she had ever had
For her outing in Paris, Kim was clad in a strapless black tube dress, layered with a sheer overlay that accentuated her curves. She paired the outfit with black heels and placed a leather jacket across her shoulders.
A few months ago, Kris reportedly underwent a facelift, which insiders claim was aimed at matching Kim’s appearance, and she also revealed her plans to enhance her breasts.
The Blast reports show that Kim was preparing for another round of plastic surgery at the time and had allegedly chosen Kim’s cup size as the blueprints for her enhancements. Whispers followed, claiming the Momanger is not satisfied with her looks and wants to undergo the same procedures her daughter has.
Claims suggest that Kris tried to emulate Kim and viewed her as the standard of beauty; hence, her actions were not an expression of admiration for her daughter’s looks, but rather an imitation.
Kris also praised her plastic surgeon, recounting her first facelift and describing it as the most fantastic experience she had ever had.
Earlier this month, Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian sued Ray J for defamation. The lawsuit stemmed from comments where the rapper claimed that Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charges could be brought against the famous family.
reported that Ray J did not stop there, as he went as far as to say that Kim’s alleged charges would be worse than those of the famous Diddy, who has been sentenced to 50 months in prison for prostitution charges.
Reports indicate that Ray J and Kim dated for approximately three years in the early 2000s. According to the family’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, the rapper’s actions are a result of his inability to fully move on from Kim and their relationship, which ended over 20 years ago.
