Modi govt solely does PR, has no plan for college kids stranded in Ukraine, inflation: Rahul Gandhi

Hitting out on the BJP-led Centre on Monday, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi alleged that it has no plan for the return of the Indian college students stranded in Ukraine or on China, unemployment, inflation and the autumn of the rupee, whereas accusing it of solely indulging in public relations.

“Authorities of India (GOI) has no plan for: Rupee at all-time low, report unemployment and inflation, college students stranded in Ukraine and China occupying our territory. Modi Authorities = Solely PR,” Gandhi wrote on Twitter.

One other Congress chief, Shama Mohamed, mentioned in a tweet: “Rupee hits lifetime low, plummeting to 76.96 vs USD, its weakest degree ever. When UPA was in energy, PM Modi was apprehensive that the Rupee was within the ICU. Now the place is his concern when the Rupee is on the ventilator gasping for oxygen!”

In one other tweet, she mentioned international portfolio traders have pulled out Rs 2 lakh crore from India since October.

“Traders are working to the exit door, however PM Modi is just too busy campaigning for elections to care,” the Congress chief mentioned and requested when would Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman maintain a press convention to debate this “alarming exodus of traders”.
